How to Order a Platter

Pick your platters
Each platter holds 30 to 40 pieces and serves 4 to 6 people. For a bigger party, order two or three stands.

Send us an enquiry
Use the contact form, choose “Party platters & group bookings”, and tell us the date and how many people you are feeding. At least three days before the date, please.

Collect from your outlet
We confirm the details with you, our kitchen prepares the platters, and you collect them from the Sushi Hiro you chose.

Platter Questions
How far ahead do I need to order a sushi platter?
At least three days before your date. Send the enquiry through our contact form, choosing “Party platters & group bookings”, and the kitchen will prepare your platters for the day you need them.
How many people does one platter feed?
Each platter holds 30 to 40 pieces of sushi, inari and maki, which is right for four to six people. For a larger gathering, order one stand per five or six guests.
What is on the platters?
Four to choose from: Hana (30 pieces), Sakura (32), Kizuna (40) and Shogun (38). Each mixes different favourites — ebi, salmon, unagi, ikura, tamago, inari and maki — on a tiered wooden stand.
Can I collect from any outlet?
Yes. Tell us which of our six restaurants suits you — Sri Petaling, SS2, Bandar Puteri Puchong, Bandar Menjalara, USJ Taipan or Bandar Bukit Raja Klang — and collect your platters there.
Are platters suitable for an office party or catering?
Yes. The platters are made for gatherings: birthdays, office celebrations, family get-togethers and full-moon or 100 days celebrations. Order one stand per five or six guests and we will have them ready on the day.
